Frank Lampard believes England can be successful in the
Euro Cup later. He even suggested that the United took inspiration from Chelsea, who won the Champions League last May.
The Blues ended the season with the triumph of the sag. After changing the coaching staff of Andre Villas-Boas to Roberto Di Matteo - whose status is still a caretaker -, Chelsea success even took home two trophies: the FA Cup and Champions League.
Lampard said that Chelsea's success occurred thanks to the role of Di Matteo motivate players. He also mentions that Roy Hodgson could do the same for his squad.
"There is no magic formula in football today. In my opinion, man-management is the most important of today's football," he said as quoted by AFP.
"When you have a good squad, tactics and training course will also be important. But, man-management also has an important role at Chelsea."
"Robbie (Di Matteo, red) are always talking to the players and make the players feel confident. He made the issue of their best players."
"If the British can do that, I think that they still have a great chance," he said.
