Croatia coach, Slaven Bilic, who will announce the squad while he was brought to the Euro Cup in 2012. Bilic decided not to call some famous names which have been the subscriptions team.
Among the 27 players the option of Bilic, the name of Ivan Klasnic (Bolton Wanderers) is not listed. In addition, Mladen Petric (Hamburg SV) and Jerko Leko (Dinamo Zagreb) is also not selected.
"It's difficult because they are two special players. I was contacted by phone to tell them," said Bilic about not being called Klasnic and Petric, told Sky Sports.
"We've got a pretty good squad, the results have been talking. Now we have to prepare myself as best as possible," he added.
"I would say we were better than in 2008, when we get through to the quarterfinals - then we want to win the Euro, and this time we want to do the same thing," said the man who has coached Croatia since 2006's.
Later, Bilic will only bring 23 players to the European Cup, where his team in Group C along with Spain, the Republic of Ireland, and Italy.
