Scholes Will Return to England?

Paul Scholes with the idea to talk with the England national team manager, Roy Hodgson, about the possibility of ending an eight year absence from the national team. Guardian said the Manchester United midfielder is ready to rejoin the squad if the manager is willing to take him to the 2012 Euro Cup.





Scholes quit the national team in 2004 after he was disappointed with Sven-Goran Eriksson who play in different positions to its original position. Steve McClaren then failed to persuade even say that Scholes is still able to play a significant role in the squad. Fabio Capello's efforts to sign him to a 2010 World Cup did not work either. 37-year-old turned down the chance to get involved in South Africa because of reasons such as declining physical endurance and options retire from Manchester United.
