The absence of Wayne Rooney in the first two games at the 2012 Euro Cup finals did not make England's rivals could sleep in peace.
Karim Benzema, the French striker, assessing the UK will remain a dangerous threat to any team because they still have other players who are as dangerous as Rooney.
"It is true that England will play without Rooney. But they are still a great team that has been used to playing in big tournaments," said Benzema, Thursday (24/5).
"They've got other players who can replace him, so we have to be in his best game since the first game and try to have a good feeling, as we already feel in the last year and a half," he said.
Rooney missed England's first two games because he gets a red card in last qualifying match against Montenegro in October last year.
