The success of Chelsea won the Champions League is believed to have an impact both on the players who joined in the England team.
Frank Lampard hopes that spirit brought to the
Euro Cup.
Chelsea closed the season with a sweet. Roberto Di Matteo made by the team managed to win the Champions League for the first time in their history after beating Bayern Munich on penalties.
Apart from Lampard, there are three other Chelsea players summoned by Roy Hodgson to strengthen the Three Lions in the 2012 European Cup. They are John Terry, Ashley Cole, and Gary Cahill.
The 33-year-old midfielder was also hoping their zeal to win the highest title in European club competition that could be brought up to the European Cup.
"This is great for Chelsea because we will join the squad with confidence," said Lampard told ESPN Star.
"England have got a strong squad and we will join with the spirit in our step."
"If we can bring the game, passion and determination - anything that makes us win the Champions League - to the England team and I hope it can help in the (tournament) this summer," due diligence.
England drawn in Group D along with a host of Ukraine, France and Sweden. Their opening match will be against Les Blues on June 11.
