Vicente Del Bosque believes
Andres Iniesta will have a major role. He said, Iniesta will be critical to
Spain won the European Cup this time.
"He (Iniesta) will be decisive in our six games. And good condition is fine," said Del Bosque as reported by BBC Sport.
"He really enjoys playing football. Fitness is much better now than two years ago (during the World Cup - ed)."
The entire population of Spain was put big expectations on Gerard Pique et al. at the 2012 European Cup this. They hope that La Furia Roja became the first team to win the European Cup twice in a row.
Iniesta himself admitted was in the best condition. "I was in good condition and full of confidence. I was in optimal condition."
"It is true that in the last two years I have problems with my physical condition. But now it does not happen again. And I can focus more now."
Several other Spanish players also think Iniesta is a special player and an inspiration to other players. One of them is Victor Valdes who said that the 28-year-old player is a player who does not like popularity, but when it was actually a leader in the field.
